Our new e.p., is mine and Todd’s favorite that we have done together. It has five songs (listed below) each of which has a unique and interesting story. The songs I wrote during a most difficult time in my life, and have more hope and joy and in them than I ever expected. I made a commitment to myself while writing these songs, and subsequently creating them anew with the band, and then choosing them to record, that I would not judge them, but just simply be myself. Because of that, I think I personally have reached a new level of enjoyment and satisfaction with this new release. I hope the relaxation that I felt while making them and the excitement we all felt about sharing them will come through in the recording, and give as much pleasure to the listeners.
Also, the band greatly appreciates Chris Hatton, who played piano, rhodes, and organ on this release.

List of tracks (not in any special order)
Again - a slow mellow tune about some form of longing/endless love…and coming back unavoidedly over and over to that longing… - guitar with delay, piano, rhodes, bass, drums, violin
The Fawn - title track, a very slow, stark tune which affected us all. we had to record it because we were all connected to it. it is about losing someone that I (jenna) loved very much. - clean guitar, organ, bass, drums.
How Many Have to Wait - Todd insisted we record this, and Eric describes it as a snake chasing its tail. That is definitely a musician’s comment as he is talking about the circular nature of the chord progression, but maybe everyone will see that. It is really a dreamlike song which elucidates the circular nature of life and the heart, which makes it so interesting that Eric spoke of it that way. - Acoustic guitar, accordian, piano, bass, drums
I Love You - A total rock song about a relationship that didn’t work out…hmmm…how unique! - distorted electric guitar, rhodes, bass, drums
It Has Not Been Decided Yet - what a dumb name for a song but really that is the chorus so waddyagonnado? It is about hope, plain and simple. I (jenna) consider it light and happy, but that is probably not saying much. - acoustic guitar, piano, accordian, bass, drums. (happiness). I thought of Heather Magyar, pregnant with her second child, while I recorded the vocals for that song.
